Mod note on 'Who is most consistently appealing in music?'

Just a note for transparency: this Ask has gotten flagged multiple times as chatfilter. I don't particularly want to delete it—it's picked up a lot of answers, whatever its shortcomings as a question, and the restrictions on what counts as "chatfilter" have been loosened over the years—but for everyone's future reference, this is way too open-ended to be a good Ask post.
